These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Design Department Partners LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide design consulting, digital product development, and related services. The scope of any specific engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our operations or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, designs, and deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you as specified in your service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or proposals. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Department Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, those communications are governed by our SMS Consent & Messaging Terms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to discontinue services to any party that violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Design Department Partners LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
